The times of the small bakery on the town square of Saint Tropez seem far away. The company was started in the 1950's, but it was only as of 1985, when "La Tarte Tropézienne" was acquired by Albert Dufrêne, that the business really started to expand.

In the intervening years the team had grown to reach its current workforce of 12 pastry chefs and 10 bakers who work in 700 m2 food preparation facility and in three bakeries in the Var region. The catering service is run by a team of chefs coming from renowned french cooking schools.

You will find on the left side of this page some photos that show you some of our delicious pastries, which will make your mouth water! Do not hesitate to ask them for any special custom-made cakes. They are able to do anything in order to satisfy you.

Concerning the number of vehicles, the Tarte Tropézienne has 11 vehicles for delivery, a special arranged motor home and four refrigerated vans moving throughout Europe to their catering events.
